Low Balance Threshold Alert
Low Balance Threshold Alert
Running out of credits may disrupt your applications on FPT AI Factory. To avoid this, you can enable Low Balance Alerts. These alerts notify you by email when your balance drops below a threshold you define.
By default, this feature is disabled.
How to Enable Low Balance Alerts
- Go to the Billing page and open the Settings tab.
- In the Low Balance Alert section, check the box to enable alerts.
- Set your Credit Threshold – the balance amount at which you want to be notified.
- Enter up to 5 email addresses to receive the alert notifications.
- Click Save to complete the settings.
Recommendation
For uninterrupted service, we recommend setting your threshold to receive at least three alert emails about your balance, giving you enough time to recharge credits before they run out.
