Sign up for an account at:
- Vietnam region: ai.fptcloud.com
- Japan region: ai.fptcloud.jp
A tenant will be created automatically when you sign in. Follow the initial setup.
Initial Setup
Step #1. Sign up & Sign in
- Access http://id.fptcloud.com/ to create a new account
- Log in to your account at ai.fptcloud.com (Vietnam region) or ai.fptcloud.jp (Japan region)
Step #2. Select a preferred currency
- When accessing Billing for the first time, you must choose a currency that will apply to your credit balance, credit transactions, and invoices.

In the left-side menu, click Billing under the Account section

Select one option from the drop-down list: USD (U.S. dollars), JPY (Japanese yen), or VND (Vietnamese dong).

Click the Save button to complete.
- You cannot change the currency setting later, so please choose carefully. To make changes, contact our support team.
Add Credits to Your Balance

Start Using Services
Once your balance has sufficient credits, you can immediately begin using AI Factory services. Credits will be automatically deducted based on your usage. For details on how each service is billed, refer to the billing calculation guide.
Important Notes
- Regional Separation: Balances are region-specific. You'll need separate tenants for Vietnam and Japan regions
- Credit Priority: Voucher credits are used before top-up credits
- Voucher Expiry: Voucher codes and credits have expiration dates
- Security: All payment information is securely processed by certified partners (VNPAY/Stripe)
