Initial Setup
1. For the user to sign a contract
- Create an FPT Cloud account: Visit https://id.fptcloud.com/, click Sign Up and fill in the required information to register an account. Then, check your email for instructions from FPT Smart Cloud ([email protected]) to complete the registration and verify your account.

Wait for Tenant Provisioning

FPT will provide a tenant for your account (Ensure the user is added to the tenant with an AI Studio quota, in the Hanoi2 region, and has access to the Model Hub).
In case user need to use a new Tenant exclusively, just contact Support team (Hotline: 1900 638 399 or email: [email protected]) to be granted a Tenant quota.
- You will receive a notification via emails once the tenant is ready.

- Sign In
- Once you receive the notification, go to the login page https://ai.fptcloud.com/
- Enter your credentials and sign in.
- After signing in successfully, switch to your provisioned tenant, which has been sent via email by FPT, to use Model Fine-tuning.
2. For the PAYG user
- Create an FPT Cloud account: Visit https://ai.fptcloud.com/, click Sign Up and fill in the required information to register an account. Then, check your email for instructions from FPT Smart Cloud ([email protected]) to complete the registration and verify your account.
- Log in to the FPT AI Factory Portal: Go to https://ai.fptcloud.com/ and sign in with your FPT Cloud account and password
- After logging in successfully, you will be directed to the AI Factory Portal
