1. For the PAYG user
Create an FPT Cloud account at https://ai.fptcloud.com/ or https://ai.fptcloud.jp/, click Sign up and fill in the required information to register an account. Then, check your email for instructions from FPT Smart Cloud ([email protected]) to complete the registration and verify your account.
In case you have an account, you sign in to the FPT AI Factory Portal at https://ai.fptcloud.com/ or https://ai.fptcloud.jp/, with your FPT Cloud account and password. Then, you need to verify from your device.
After signing in successfully, you will be directed to the AI Factory Portal.
2. For the user to sign a contract
Create an FPT Cloud account at https://ai.fptcloud.com/ or https://ai.fptcloud.jp/, click Sign up and fill in the required information to register an account. Then, check your email for instructions from FPT Smart Cloud ([email protected]) to complete the registration and verify your account.
Wait for Tenant Provisioning
- FPT will provide a tenant for your account.
- Notice: Ensure the user is added to the tenant with an AI Studio quota, in the Hanoi2 region, and has access to the Model Hub. In case user needs to use a new Tenant exclusively, just contact the Support team (hotline: 1900 638 399 or email: [email protected]) to be granted a Tenant quota.
- You will receive a notification via emails once the tenant is ready.
Once you receive the notification, go to the sign in page https://ai.fptcloud.com/ or https://ai.fptcloud.jp/.Then, you need to verify from your device.
After signing in successfully, switch to your provisioned tenant, which has been sent via email by FPT, to use Model Fine-tuning.
