Before using the FPT Database Engine service on the FPT Console Portal, users need to ensure the following prerequisites are met:
- A signed service agreement and pre-provisioned resources:
- Project / Tenant
- Virtual Network (VPC)
- Network
- An active account on the FPT Console Portal.
- Appropriate access permissions (RBAC) for Database Engine services.
If you do not have a Project / Tenant / VPC, please contact the FPT Smart Cloud Sales team to sign a service agreement. You can find the contact information at FPT Smart Cloud Contact.
If you do not have an account on the FPT Console Portal, please sign up an account following the instructions in section Register an account
If you already have an account on the FPT Console Portal, please access the FPT Console Portal following the instructions in section Accessing FPT Console Portal
If you do not have the appropriate access rights, you will need to request the system administrator to grant the necessary access rights. Access control instructions can be found in section FPT Database Engine Right Management
If you have not created a subnet for database provisioning, please follow the instructions in section Subnet Management for database provisioning.
